- Select the programme [check eligibility]
- Fill up the application form: Applicant Details, scanned Photograph and Signature, Academic details and Scan Document Upload
- Final Review of details entered in the Application Form and 'Confirm' the submission
- Fee Payment & application Submission
- Fill choices in order of preference; the result of different rounds of counseling will be displayed on the portal
- Report to the allotted college with original documents and deposit the fee

Physical counseling for vacant / leftover seats
- If the seats after 2nd counseling under Govt. / Govt. Aided and Self- Financing Scheme Colleges of Education still remain vacant, the concerned College will have to display the vacant seats on the website of the college as per the schedule.
- The concerned college may make admissions at its own level in the presence of the Observer of the University upto 28.09.2026 as per the schedule.
- For physical counseling at Institute level, the candidates have to apply afresh and required to deposit non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,000/- (for all categories including reserved categories) to the Principal of the concerned college.
- If the seats still remain vacant even after counseling for vacant/leftover seats in colleges of education, the Institute may request the competent authority of the University for the Admissions for filling the remaining/vacant seats subject to meet the minimum requirement of 200 days compulsory teaching as per NCTE norms.

The above fee is subject to revision by State Admission & Fee Committee, Haryana. On-line registration-cum-counseling fee is Rs. 250/- for SC candidates of Haryana state and Rs. 1,000/- for others; it is non-refundable.
Eligibility
B.Ed. (as per NCTE/RCI norms)
Candidates with at least 50% marks (47.5% in case of SC (OSC/DSC)/ST/Blind/Visually and Differently Abled Candidates of Haryana only) either in the Bachelor Degree and /or in the Master’s Degree in Sciences/ Social Sciences/ Humanity, Bachelor’s in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks (52.25% in case of SC (OSC/DSC)/ST/Blind/Visually and Differently Abled Candidates of Haryana only) or any other qualification equivalent thereto, are eligible for admission to the programs.
M.Ed. (as per NCTE/RCI norms)
B.Ed. examination from any recognized University, obtaining not less than 50% marks in the aggregate (47.5% in case of SC (OSC/DSC)/ST/Blind/Visually and Differently Abled Candidates of Haryana only) or any other examination as equivalent thereto.
